If you can't connect, consider the following:

-Have you installed the patch correctly?
-Are you opening up loader.bat from your FlyFF folder?
-Is the server even up?
-Did you change the IP in neuz.ini?

As far as I know it is currently down. I am positive that one of the admins or someone of that level will make a topic when the server is going.
