Ok tnx for explaining that to me sushi...I guess I have to work hard for my other characters Job in the game hehe...But Lucky for me I have a friend that gave me a bloody for my ranger now I just have to fix my blade hahaha...And now its easy knowing about the hotter sword hahaha

Er no no no. The guide said you need a Lv120 weapon, I'm just explaining only Lv1~85 weapons can be bought so there is no way you can buy a lv120 weapon (other than Hotter Sword) from the Npcs.
So unless you're going to be blade, you're lucky because Hotter Swords are available in Flaris - General Npc. So yeah (x Any other classes are going to have to grind at mammoths till their desired blue weapon drops.

Basically just normal items with no additional stats. =]
For example.. the oh so awesome.. WOODEN SWORD! ;D
But yeah, just weapons with blue names. Like for example you see Guardian weapons, Legendaries.. etc. They have "green" names, that's why we call them greens yeah? ^_^
However only lv1~85(?) blue weapons can be bought by npcs (excluding the greens).
So yes, as Ishi said, lv120 Blue weapons can be dropped by Mammoths, Cannibals, & Meteos.
