All right, thanks to Chard I confirmed that Bobochan DOES work. This is how you make an ultimate weapon. Oh by the way, only upgrade bloody to ultimate. If you're doing anything else you're just wasting your time.

First you're going to need your materials. Lotsa diamonds, lotsa shining oricalkums, and your bloody weapon +10.

To start out, get a level 120 weapon. [General]Lui in Flaris sells a hotter sword. Get that to +10 and go to Bobochan and create jewel. Put the hotter sword in there and you should get at least 10 diamonds. Yes, I know this is a slow process.

Now that you have all your materials, talk to Bobochan and press "Create Ultimate Weapon". The top slot, put your weapon. The right slot, put your diamond. The left slot, put your shining oricalkum. Now, press OK and cross your fingers. Yes, it fails a lot of times.
